Dear Mr. Cornwell, Just thought you should know that my wife is a little put out by you. At the beginning of December I began reading your Saxon series and mentioned to her how much I liked it. She subsequently bought Books 2 + 3 for me for Christmas without my knowledge. Unfortunately for her I quickly finished the first book and announced I was going to the bookstore to buy Book 2. She grudgingly gave me the Book 2 she had already purchased thinking at least she still had Book 3 for me. Of course, I also could not put down this book and she ended up giving me Book 3 before Christmas also. I was unable to finish this book prior to Chrsitmas and was pleased to receive the rest of the series following another trip to the bookstore by my wife in a now full Christmas rush.
