From a post in January, 2008:”…christianity offered women salvation, women are the dominant transmitters of culture. That’s my theory. You get more heaven for your buck in christianity.” Ha! I was searching for some opinion from you on why Christianity, with its “wimpy” god, would have ended up the dominant religion. I really like Uhtred; his assumptions on what a god should owe its worshippers seem perfectly rational, in the context of that thinking. But, hey, we sneaky, sneaky women…..
