Just today completed the reading of your latest authored novel “The Fort”. My 4th great grandfather b: 1752 Phil. PA) was a member of the Continental Navy serving in New Jersey/Pennsylvania area under Capt. Griffin. This historic based novel has given me a view of his life in the naval military. While there is plenty written with the Continental Army as the story base, there seems to be a severe shortage of commonly readable novels regarding the Continental Navy so this novel was especially meaningful to me as his ancestor. I am hooked on history and as such have read nearly all of your books having accidentally stumbled on one in the library – of the Saxon Stories as the very first one I read; followed closely by The ‘Winter King’ and I was Hooked on Cornwell!! Keep them coming on, please, you have an ardent historic novel fan here!!! Thank you…for making history live!!
