I have just finished “The Fort,” an excellent read, and applicable to some stuff I am doing. I think I have read all your books, but may have missed one or two – I have stood in the shield wall, and stormed Badajoz and Seringapatam, was at Agincourt… Please….slow down a bit. I know you have to pay the bills and all, but I buy your books when they come out, and put aside all else to read them. I need the time for other projects. I have 6 or seven books published, all dry & boring technical or history of technology stuff. I would like to do a novel, and was doing the background research, when I found there wasn’t much. So, I am on a tangent to do the research book I need to do the novel. I am not going to give you the idea, because you could do it better and faster than I could. However, I am from Cumberland, Maryland, and that was once the westernmost outpost of the British Empire in North America, and part of a world war was fought there. A lot of parallels from “Fort.” Well, keep up the good work, but take some time to fix the truck, spend with the little woman, walk the dog. You don’t need to cranking those novels out 2x7x365.
