Dear Mr. Cornwell, My Grand mother’s family came to America before it was America. On August 13, 1776 in Philadelphia, a son enlisted in and fought with the Continental Army during the Revolutionary War. My Grand father’s family emigrated to Pennsylvania in 1847 from England. It is said our name came be traced back to the 7th century, I have seen it only back as far as the 16th century. I would like to thank you and to let you know how much I appreciate your work. For it has brought me closer to my ancestors. I have enjoyed reading: The Saxon Stories, The Sharpe Books, The Starbuck Chronicles, and Red Coat. Thank you again, James Tolson
