I have read all your Sharpe books, just finished “Agincourt” and am now in the middle of the Saxon wars. Along with you, my favorite authors and books are: Robert B. Parker (his Boston private eye series), Vince Flynn for his war on terrorists, WEB Griffin for WWII and many others, and”Guns of August: for bring ing WW I alive. You do the same for the Napoleonic Wars and early English history. I love your fine attention to detail and the weaving in of real history which makes your book really come alive. Thanks again for your great works someone who loves military history.
