Dear Mr. Cornwell: I am reading (devouring!) your Sharpe’s series and so far love them all. (I’m now reading “Havoc”.) You have such great historical knowledge! Yet, it was a bit disappointing to find a few wrong Spanish words at “Rifles”… And now I found a Portuguese mistake. (My mother tongue is Portuguese, from Brazil, but I am fluent in Spanish too.) There is no such thing as a “barretina”; it is “barretinha”; the “nh” sounds quite similar to “gn” in English, by the way. I hope my comment will not upset you, since I love all your books I read so far (started with Agincourt). Also, any chance you’re coming to Ohio? I live near Cleveland and would love to get one of your books autographed. Thank you for such wonderful stories. I enjoy them enormously. Emilia Rosa Kette
