Mr. Cornwell, I just wanted to tell you how much I have enjoyed your saxon series. I was stationed on board the USS Harry S. Truman aircraft carrier during the months of November 2007 till June 2008. We made a port call in Dubai, Saudia Arabia where I purchased the first saxon novel. I took it back to the ship and read it in one night. I then went back into town the very next day and bought every book I could find written by you. Your novels made a very long deployment to the Persian Gulf a whole lot more tolerable. My shipmates and I were able to escape from our monotony into other times and places. I certainly hope you continue to write forever and we anxiously await your new saxon novel. There will be many sailors in VFA-32 buying the UK version just because we can’t wait until the American version comes out. Thank you very much. Andrew Huffman
