Mr Cornwell Just a very very quick one. I just like to say thank you for writing such splendid books. When i was growing up i was never a big reader and watching the Sharpe series was one of the main reasons that got me into history; that and Terry Jones’ crusader programmes. Since i went to uni, to read history, i really got into your books and am currently re-reading your Thomas of Hookton books again, which at the time was a suggested read when i was studying the period by Anne Curry at Reading (unofficially of course). Anyway i’m glad to hear that you are working on a new book and look forward to reading it.
