Just a simple note to say thanks. I have just finished reading the Sharpe Series and feel like I have lost a friend. Having spent weeks living with Richard Sharpe and Patrick Harper and enjoying their escapades, that’s it, no more, but having said that’ I do appreciate how the series ended. I am a secretary in an Engineering Factory and share a lunch room with 60 plus men, there is always some man asking me if I am reading a romance novel and I have enjoyed flashing your novels at them and shutting them up. For what its worth I enjoy your writing immensely and commend you for a job well done.
