Having just bought a further copy of Enemy of God; the first two having been lent to friends; I feel bound to write to Penguin to point out that you say in your summary in Excalibur that you wanted to avoid plate armour and lances but they are on the front cover! And stirrups! Damn their eyes! I am a lawyer in Scotland and I believe I have read most of your books. I am a particular fan of the Uhtred novels and look forward to the next instalment. All of your books have given me great pleasure and if you are ever in East Lothian I will happily buy you lunch. Yours aye Geoff Clarke
