Mr. Cornwell I started reading your Sharpe series when I was just a middle schooler and I loved them. From there I have went on to your Arthur Series (best things you have yet written, if I may say). Saxon Stories, Redcoat, Starbuck, and now I have just purchased the three grail quest stories. May comment is this, while you are my favorite author and I love your work (all of it), and while Patrick Harper is the single greatest character yet invented by any author (I smile just thinking about him), I hope you give Sharpe a rest. I know they probably sell and money talks, but to a me at least you have started two distinct trilogies and have meshed them together as seamlessly as humanly possible. But now just inserting Sharpe into every battle and campaign in the peninsula war is starting to take it’s toll. Sharpe seems to be now caught up. It’s been ten years since Starbuck last rose and I’ll bet there are thousands of fans out there dying to know what’s next. In addition, I would love to see Lassan’s adventures!! The Crimean war is one of the least published wars I think in history. I love your work, and I really hope to see Starbuck and Lassan March someday soon in addition to the Saxon stories! Mark
