I just wanted to share with you how much pleasure and agony your books have brought me. I have listened to the Grail Quest and the Saxon Stories, in audio book format during very long drives taking my Autistic son to an early intervention program that is very far from home. I spent a long time dreading Thomas’s torture, and worrying what would happen if Uhtred burned his bridges with Alfred. I would dearly love to hear much more from Uhtred. Thankyou for filling my long drives with thrills, adventure and wonder, I regularly did not want to get out of the car when I arrived at my destination.
