Dear Mr Cornwell, far be it for me to question your accuracy in writing and your greatness but after reading the book Sharpe’s Eagle and watching the film I have realised one small mistake! Shortly after the battle Sharpe is told that Wellington has been made a viscount, nothing wrong with that until you think that the boats from England to Spain must have travelled at the speed of light to bring the news! Anyway I’m sure you have your reasons! Cheers for writing such brilliant books and the Sharpe should be made into a video game! (I’d buy it!) kind regards, Adam Baker (biggest 15 year old fan)
