Dear Bernard Cornwell, I am a thirteen year old who has been reading your Sharpe books for the last year (I am half way finished the series). I have been interested in the Napoleonic wars since I was 9-10. I re-enact the American Revolutionary War, and collect Napoleonic toy soldiers. If I were to give a review of Sharpe, I would say that they are only matched by Sir. Arthur Conan Doyle’s “The Brigadier Gerard” (if you have not read this I highly recomend it). I just wanted to say that I think you should write about a French counterpart to Sharpe. Thank you so much for writing books that take me “Over the Hills and Far Away”. -Sandor Farkas
