Mr. Cornwell, I am a big fan of your books, having first discovered you a few years back when I was flying home from the UK, and needed something to read on the plane, and just happened to grab one of your Sharpe books (Sharpe’s Tiger i believe), and after that I was hooked on the series, and have also read some of your other books as well and anticipate the release of your newest Saxon book. (To your credit, the Saxon Stories series has my roommate hooked which is saying a lot because prior to that I don’t think his literary dealings ventured past the newspaper sports page). With that said, I rarely have time to play computer games, however, I ran across one developed by just a couple of guys which is based on the American Civil War and quite realistic as well as a lot of fun. Now, a group of fans have developed a modification of this game, moving it into the Napoleonic era, and after seeing some of the screenshots, I could not help but see the same images which were invoked while reading your books. Now I am in no way involved in this project or game, just thought I would give you a heads up (though i am sure you are probably much too busy to dabble in computer games) on a very high quality product which gets little advertising word out. For a taste of the play, and if nothing else, a decent quick read: go to www.madminutegames.com. Hope you are having a good start to Fall –Rich
