Hello Mr. Cornwell, your series of the saxon stories is INCREDIBLE. I was turned onto your books by my father who is into the history of wars, and he recommended “The Last Kingdom.” The stories are so unpredictable, and full of excitement. I feel myself in the shield walls as I read of the battles with Uhtred and Ragnar(elder and younger). I must confess, besides my love of science, I am sometimes considered a jock. It took a little getting used to for people to see me carrying books for leisure. I finished all three books of the series, and I still can not believe all of the excitement from the battles and great story plot. My point is that I have never been drawn into reading for hours on end like I was. Thank you for your enthralling books that are so beautifully written. You have also inspired me to be a viking. I also would like to know if/when there is going to be a fourth book in your Saxon Stories series… I feel as though I have to know, I grow lonely without Uhtred and Ragnar…. Thomas of Hookton(from “The Archer’s Tale) is a good replacement for now. Thank You!
