Hello, sir. Just reading “Death of kings” and obviously like all your work, it shaves terribly close to being perfect to the palate, although the numerous names and sounds of names disrupts the flow a bit. My favourite is Cnut, the obvious faux pas in this name is the closest anagram, however I did wonder about the pronunciation, is it sounded “snoot” perchance? Sorry to bother with trivialities. Always, thanks for the history lesson. As an Australian, I’m glad to learn where we come from. Some dills here seem to live as if the English sailed by and dropped Aussies off and then left. We are actually British and anything before 1788 we can claim. Oh how I abhor those ignorant of history,
Adrian
