Dear Bernard, I would just like to say that I had the good fortune to meet you this week when you were in London, it was a great pleasure. I started to read your books earlier in the year, starting with Heretic which I purchased from a Charity shop, I was so enthralled that I did some research on the Internet and found a complete list of all your books. I have read approximately half your books so far and I am continuing to find all the others and read them too. I have read some of the other readers comments, regarding making films from your books I think that this would be a disaster, firstly usually a film is approx 3 hours long, so I think a lot would be cut from your stories, anyway it is far better to read and get a feel for the story by your very descriptive writing, I for one find it hard to put your books down after I have started reading them. I think the best book of yours that I have read so far has to be Stonehenge, truly remarkable. Please keep up the very good writing, and I hope you continue to publish even more books.I would very much like to attend one of your talks, I will keep an eye on this website for future events. Yours sincerely, Steve Halstead
