Hello Bernard, just writing to say thanks for being so prolific. I’m a big fan. I’ve read all the thrillers – they were great and yes I’d love to read another one. I’ve read all the Sharpe books – my favorite I think is still Sharpe’s Eagle. I must confess my favorite way to ‘read’ Sharpe is as a book on tape and my favorite reader is William Gaminara – he really brings them alive. I could go on – let’s just say I’ve read everything with the exception of three in your ‘other books’ category (Gallows Thief was great). Grail Quest was great – probably my least favorite are the Arthur books which is ironic as they are your most favorite. I think I never really gelled with the narrating character and wanted him to be a bit more of a formidible character like Thomas or Richard part of who’s charm is their ruthlessness and effectiveness at what they do. Have just purchased ‘Last Kingdom’ so I know I have some happy reading in front of me. Cheers, all the best and keep up the great work. PS A Cornish Crabber? I was hoping you’d have an Alden Schooner by now. Adam Fisher
