Ves Heil Mr Cornwell! I have completely enjoyed your book The Last Kingdom. The descriptions of combat in the shield wall were amazing. It seems you did your home work. I did notice one small mistake. I am a modern day Norse Heathen (Asatruer) and Thor, Thunar, Donar, did not create the world. Odin and his brothers Vili and Ve did. It would be difficult for Thor to have done so as he is the son of Odin and Fjorgyn (earth). Otherwise I am so looking forward to the follow up to The Last Kingdom I can hardly stand it! I have also just finished all three of your books in the Warlord series. This has to be the BEST re-telling of the Arthurian legends ever. Wonderful job! You have a fan for life. Cory Wilson
