Dear Mr. Cornwell I have been a fan of yourr for many years. I have read all the Sharpe Novels but recently just discovered the Starbuck Chronicles. I am a civil war re-enactor and have been a civil war buff for years. As much as I like Sharpe, you just can’t go off and leave Starbuck with no ending to this wonderful saga. It’s time to give Mr. Sharpe a rest and turn your marvelous talents back to one of your most enduring characters, that being Starbuck.
