Sir, As your request I will not suggest an idea for a book but my idea for a cinema screen play is… (and you may have if for free)… what if Richard Sharpe was to meet up with Captain Jack Aurbey of the Royal Navy? I love both the Sharpe books and the Aubrey-Maturin books and often wonder how the two of them would get along. Famously I believe! You and Patrick O’Brien are tops in my book!
