Hello Mr. Cornwell I just finished a marathon reading of your 3 Warlord books about Arthur, and totally loved them! You have a gift of story telling that really brings the tale to life! Your “story within the story” was delightful and satisfying, but I was left hanging at the end of the last book, wanting to know more about Derfel. How did he fall into Sansum, the “mouse lord”‘s clutches? And I kept waiting to learn that he had finally had his revenge on him, and had returned to his pagan beliefs. I guess I can write my own ending to the story in my own head, but I would really like to know how you saw Derfel’s end play out. Thanks for all the great books! Jennifer
