This prize, The Man Booker Prize, always comes with a lot of ado: it is Man Booker Prize this and Man Booker Prize that, so before the prize it self is given, one is bored stiff by it, and since your name has never been forwarded by the committee, they obviously don`t know their business. But last year John Le Carre refused to accept the prize. The old dear said, that it was only fair, that younger fellows were given a chance, and amidst all the consternation, it was somehow leaked, that his real name was Cornwell.
