As a historian, Do you ever think that poignant battles and occurances should have a closer vigil placed on the calendar? I mean there’s rememberance day world wide and in Australia we have Anzac day. I always remember june 6 for D-day and some others, nov 22 for JFK . I know Hitler’s death was on my birthday albeit 27 years earlier. June 18 Waterloo day? Might be a thing to have a military Callendar, I’d buy that. Good chance to push for more public holidays?
