Hi.

I am a long time fan and have read virtually every book you have written and absolutely been enthralled by them. I was bought a kindle for xmas last and have been buying the Kindle edition of books since. I have noticed in the last year that the price of e-books has steadily increased to a point now that your latest book ‘1356’, is so over priced that it is more expensive than the Hardback version???? How can this possibly be? There are no printing nor delivery costs and yet the prices is so inflated that I have decided to refuse to buy your latest tome in any format. I am wondering what you opinion of this is, as surely it can not be in your interest to have a publishing company massively inflate the price of your work to the point that it is now more expensive than a hardcopy version of the same thing? I Remain, Sir, Your Humble Servant.
