Mr Cornwell, at the risk of repeating what a large number of fans have asked, have you considered writing the story of the Roman invasion of Britain, either from the perspective of the British or the Romans? Having read, and loved, both the Warlord and Saxon stories, and being a fan of Roman and sub-Roman Britain, I think it would make an outstanding final chapter in the story of the creation of modern England with Rome – Warlord – Saxons hitting the major invasions pre-Norman Conquest. While I would normally hesitate to recommend an idea to an author, your books are so well written, and the battle scenes so interesting, that I would love to read such a work. Regardless, thank you for the hours of reading entertainment, and I look forward to the end of the Saxon series! Travis McMahan
