Hello again Mr. Cornwell,
I decided to get myself The Anglo-Saxon Chronicle for Christmas last year (from the Cambridge University Press) and, well, it arrived in (quite literally) Anglo-Saxon. Can’t read a word of it. Is there any place I can find this in a “live” language? Or could you recommend any other sources to learn more about the Dark Ages before England was united?
