Just a one off that you might find interesting. If I remember, Machiavelli talked about the pikeman from Scotland. I have also seen them portrayed and used in other stories. Tonight I watched “Decoding Neanderthals” and thought it notable that the Neanderthals were European who fought with spears. That’s it. Whatever that’s worth. I am most likely Neanderthal and must go make fire. You’re books are great and thank you again.
