dropped in to Bambourgh castle  recently and tried to visualise Uhtred killing his uncle and looking from the walls over to Holy Island had a vision of the ships coming in to the harbour  wonderful ! They are digging up saxon graves and finding many grave goods also stood on the battlements , your books made it so easy  thanks
