hello from NZ! I  just wanted to take a minute to express my deepest gratitude for your work. I have read all your books bar the Sharpe series…oddly enough…although having just completed the Starbuck Chronicles I think Sharpe is up next!

I love your work and sincerely appreciate the effort you clearly put into your research. By far and a way my favourite author to date. I have read the Warlord series…perhaps 4 times over the years. I have a soft spot for arturian legend and these books resonated well with my own notions of the arturian epoch.

Lastly, Nathaniel Starbuck has opened my eyes to the American Civil War and I am now pouring through the histories :). Sadly I have just seen you have no immediate plans to continue with the Starbuck series….Suddenly I feel as if I have no friends (happens every time I finish an enjoyable series!). Fingers crossed that Nate comes back to us in the near future.
