Hi Mr Cornwell,

I won’t keep you long, I just wanted to let you know how much I enjoy your books and your writing and I’ve found them a great distraction for me from the challenges I’m facing in life at the moment. My dream is to write for a living. To be published would be a wonderful thing and to be paid would be the icing on the cake.

I also loved the television adaptation of ‘the last kingdom’ and am looking forward to the next series. I think it was very well produced and I particularly loved the actor that played Uhtred. Thank you so much for giving me a much needed escape route from the realities of my life at the moment. Maybe if I ever do get published myself, I can send you a copy of MY book! ☺️ Thank you for all you do.
