Bernard I have thoroughly enjoyed all your books apart from the Starbuck Chronicles which i could not get into. I also grew up in Essex in Hadleigh .I still go most weekends to visit my ageing Father. Is the devil’s stone still in Saint Peters churchyard. If so where about?
