Hi Bernard,
I had intended to listen to Redcoat, but it was not in the app library. As my main love is the Napoleonic era I chose the closest of your works yet unread I could find, and as a whodunnit fan also, simply loved Gallows Thief. It had suspense and action and was iced with references to Waterloo and even Sharpe!!!
An excellent and highly recommended piece of work in which Sandman, the main protaganist, was likeable and played the part of the detective well in a graphically described and terrible society by modern standards.
Nice one!!
When do you think you will revisit the late 18th early 19th century world again?
Regards
Danny!
