I saw your interview on the BBC’s “Meet the Author” on BBC news channel recently, it was a good interview. Some writers like J.D. Salinger and Thomas Pynchon as publicity shy, yet sell books, how do you feel about publicity tours and promoting books in general?

Do you decide your  itinerary or is it decided for you by your publisher?
