Hello Mr Cornwell
I’ve just finished “Fools and Mortals” Obviously loved it but I was looking forward to more about Richard in the Historical note. Unfortunately the cupboard was curiously bare on that subject. I’m guessing there was not much written about his short life.
I am not a devout student of Shakespeare but I do love his work. Perhaps as there are fun calendar days like “Star wars” day and “Speak like a pirate day” Surely there could be a day to “Speak Shakespearean”.
I love the St Crispian’s day speech, I think Kenneth B hams it up too far in his great adaptation.
