Hey ! In the last few months I got into the later Sharpe TV episodes on Netflix and am now half way through all the Sharpe books and going back watching the original TV series-  so exciting  ! Discovering Sharpe has given me a great lift. I just wanted to say that it really was inspired to pitch Bean and O’Malley together – how did it actually happen -casting I mean ? –  such  real characters. I had a brief look at The Last Kingdom on BBC i Player  – sorry, not in the same league…..but you will  know that. Thank you, Sir.
