Hi,
Have you seen the attached link? Amazing to think of all the effort required and the purpose of such things. My first thought was Bernard didn’t mention that in Stonehenge!

I’ve spent all lockdown reading or re-reading Thomas of hookton and others but I’ve also read Sebastian Faulks for the first time. A bit of a bleak outlook but very good stuff, my first question, after hopefully a new Sharp next year ( any hints about dates or titles yet?) how about WW1 I would love your take on it and i seem to remember that you have visited some of the sites already.
2’nd question I’ve read these pages for years and it really irritates me when somebody points out a little error but you just seem to nod and smile, does it not irritate you?
Anyway only four months to go until new Uthred. Keep safe
Mike
