Um… I was re-reading a couple of Sharpe books the other day and I noticed a slight discrepency in the number of riflemen Sharpe commands. in “Rifles” – 30 something left in “Havoc” -25 understandable a unit takes losses during a war, but here’s what I don’t get in “Eagle”-it’s somehow back up to the low thirties, and this is after he lost a few in the last story.
