Hello, I am a fan of your writing which I discovered through re-watching the Sharpe series. Consequently, I have just finished the final of the Starbuck Chronicles which I thoroughly enjoyed even with the challenging themes in today’s political climate.

 

A thought:

 

There are so few books about the war of 1812 and I feel your voice and research would serve the stories of Tecumseh and Isaac Brock from the perspective of a soldier.  Perhaps a scout caught themselves between the mixed blood of First Nations peoples and uprooted loyalists making Canada home.

 

Just a daydream of a story I’d love to see told.

 

Either way, thank you very much for the beautiful character you create and your way of telling stories that just captivate me.  I am in my mid 40s and I have not read a novel since high school until I found your works.
