Dear Mr Cornwell, I have read a large quantity of your books and have really enjoyed “the Saxon stories” hopefully you will be writing the next in the series. the reason I am writing is to ask you a question. I am currently 3/4 of the way through book 2 of the Warlord Chronicles and have already read your Authors notes from the 1st and 2nd of this series. I being a boy at heart loved all the tales of King Arthur and the Knights of the round table, Camelot etc the whole works. would it be silly of me to put all those stories aside and believe most of what you have written about Arthur ? or should i just carry on being the boy at heart ? even that sounds like something you would ask a psychiatrist. but seriously is the bulk of the child hood stories of Arthur absolute nonsense ?
