Dear Mr. Cornwell, I have got a question about a scene from your book “The Last Kingdom”. In this book you wrote about the death of King Edmond, known as Edmond the Martyr. Is this version of his end made by you or do we find this version anywhere in old danish history? It is very important for me to know, because I am a musician and I tell stories about northern mythologies in my lyrics.
