Dear Bernard, Could you please settle a debate that is going on amongst us archers. I am a member of Blundellsands archers in Liverpool UK. We have many Longbow men in our company, [although at present I am a recurve man] and we are all avid readers of your books, Azincourt having done the rounds amongst us and now the Grail quest series.[I am a devotee of your Televised Sharpe series and have been for many years]. A lot of the blokes in our company think you could not have had the knowledge you display regarding Archery without having been or in fact a practising Archer. Tell us the Truth here in Liverpool Bernard – did you or do you still draw the bow ? God bless Bernard, and thank you for the ongoing pleasure and education that I receive from your work. I dearly hope all your historical works make it to the screen. Thank you so much. Paul Campbell
