Hi Mr. Cornwell. I´m a very huge fan from Brazil. I just want to tell you a curious thing about Brazilian history. Did you know that we only exist as a country because of England and the Napoleonic wars? that´s true. England kind of order D. João VI, the king of Portugal, to live in Brazil to escape from Napoleon. And the king came and lived in Brazil for more than 14 years. of course, it was a very good thing to Brazil (but the larger part of our gold and diamonds went directly to england, with a small stop in Portugal), especially because Prince D. Pedro didn´t want to go back to Portugal, he really liked to live in our tropical and liberal land, and then he proclaimed Brazil independence, becoming D. Pedro I, emperor of Brazil. so, for us, as a nation, we have to be very, very thankful to Napoleon. please forgive my English. Ana Gameiro
