Hello Mr Cornwell. I hope you are well and had a wonderful Christmas and new year. Having exhausted all your historical works, I decided to pick up one of your sea based adventures and found Wildtrack to be a cracking read. My preference has always been for historical works so thank you for opening up another avenue in the Bernard Cornwell “must read” arena. I noticed that in Wildtrack, the name of the boat is the same as Sharpe’s horse in Sharpe’s Revenge (Sycorax)and in Sea Lord, the main character is John Rossendale, the same as the man who steals Jane away from Sharpe. Is this co-incidental or names that just “feel right” in these particular stories. Thank you as ever for your brilliant works. Looking forward to the next one In October Best wishes Andy Green
p.s. please can we have more Rider Sandman?
