Hello, Mr. Cornwell; In ‘The Winter King’ you put down the place name for the Isle of the Dead as being Portland Bill. Was this creative license on your part or was the Isle of Portland really Britain’s first insane asylum? Though the traffic there these days certainly lends weight to that concept!
