Dear Mr Cornwell, I am an avid reader of all your books, I think your warlord chronicles were just about the best thing I have ever read. I would love to know how you think Derfel met his end.. did he die defending the monastery, from the Sais? Or just die of old age? a silly question I know! But hey I need closure! I loved the pagan vs christian mechanic, and the personalities you gave all the characters. Is it wrong of me to like Bishop Sansum… such a brilliantly observed character, thank you for taking the time to read this. James
