Will there be more Sharpe books? Jack Chomko

I thought I had read all of your Sharpe series and that Sharpe had retired as a colonel. However on reading Sharpe’s Fury,2006 I discover he is a Captain. When did he get demoted? Are you writing any more Sharpe books? I have read all your books and I live in Australia. Terry
