Dear Bernard, I recall you mentioned how you liked rugby. Will you get to watch the World Cup from the States? I’m afraid I don’t rate your country’s chances, despite them being the defending champions. We Irish are the best of the Home Nations at the moment (well, we are!!). Then again, we could only stagger to a victory against Namibia in our opening game. Who knows what will happen – France already fell foul of the Argies. But America have a team in there too.
